What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, coach, and scale a team of University and Emerging Talent Recruiters.
  2. Own hiring outcomes for interns, new graduates, and early-career roles across multiple business units.
  3. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align campus strategy to workforce plans.
  4. Set clear recruiting priorities, operating rhythms, and performance expectations for the team.
  5. Ensure recruiters are embedded with the business and deeply understand the teams they support.
