This role is for an Employee Benefits Senior Analyst at Salesforce in India. What you'd actually do

  1. Support the design and administration of India's benefits programs, including health, insurance, retirement, and wellness offerings.
  2. Assist in managing Annual Open Enrollment (OE) — including design, project coordination, system testing, and employee communications
  3. Handle employee queries related to benefits, leaves of absence (LOA), and policy interpretation, escalating complex cases as needed
  4. Identify opportunities to improve manual processes and support the implementation of automation or efficiency improvements
  5. Coordinate with insurance brokers, TPAs, wellness partners, and retirement fund administrators (PF/Gratuity) on a day-to-day basis

Skills

Required

  • 6–9 years of HR experience
  • minimum of 4 years focused specifically on India Benefits
  • Advanced skills in Excel (data modeling for claims/costs)
