Employee Engagement Senior Consultant II (on-site)

This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive, innovative culture within an enterprise setting. It involves coordinating engagement initiatives, developing and executing projects that support company values, and acting as a resource for employee culture. The role also includes partnering with leaders and enterprise teams to plan and deliver inclusive in-office experiences, building cross-team community, and promoting connection through various activities and storytelling. It requires strong organizational, communication, and event planning skills, with an emphasis on creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a catalyst for change, bringing a strong passion for creating and promoting a positive, highly innovative work environment that is flexible, encourages fun, personal accountability, teamwork, drives business results, and supports ongoing professional development.
  2. Proactively foster in‑person connection through thoughtful employee outreach, using insights such as booking patterns and tenure milestones to identify opportunities to re‑engage employees and invite them into meaningful, well‑designed in‑office experiences.
  3. Partner with local leaders and enterprise teams (e.g., Inclusive Diversity, Talent Acquisition) to plan, elevate, and deliver inclusive in‑office experiences that support connection, collaboration, and belonging
  4. Build cross‑team community through curated gatherings, volunteer events, and wellbeing activations that strengthen relationships and reinforce a shared sense of purpose.
  5. Assist in growing and monitoring community participation and engagement, supporting the development of the desired culture and ensuring shared guidelines and norms are understood and followed.
