Employee Experience Specialist

This role focuses on providing HR support and enhancing the employee experience by managing inquiries through systems like ServiceNow and Workday, maintaining self-service resources, and analyzing inquiry trends to improve processes. It is not directly involved in AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary human touchpoint for basic benefits, payroll, policy and general HR inquiries.
  2. Meet and exceed quality standards (SLAs and CSAT) while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  3. Actively build and maintain our "Open Access" self-service portal resources.
  4. Maintain high data acumen by accurately tracking case trends and transaction records in Workday and ServiceNow.
  5. Partner closely with Tier 2 COEs (LOA/ADA, Talent, Rewards, and Performance).
