Employee Experience Specialist With Dutch

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist with Dutch language skills to support HR-related inquiries from employees. This role involves answering questions about employee programs, services, policies, and processes, investigating issues, and detailing cases in a case management application. The specialist will collaborate with HR operations and specialist teams, with training provided for those new to HR. The position is based in Taguig, Philippines.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working on HR-related inquiries from J&J employees via web form, chat, and phone (limited number of calls), clarifying the need, answering the questions, and assisting in the resolution of problems
  2. Investigating issues and finding timely solutions
  3. Detailing all cases in our case management application (Service Now)
  4. Transferring complex transactions to Specialist Teams
  5. Discussing employee service issues with manager and advisors
