Employee Experience Specialist With Dutch

This role is an Employee Experience Specialist in HR, supporting employees with HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes. It involves collaborating with specialist teams and providing support in multiple countries. The role requires fluent Dutch and English, customer service skills, and an interest in HR or payroll.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working on HR-related inquiries from J&J employees via web form, chat, and phone (limited number of calls), clarifying the need, answering the questions, and assisting in the resolution of problems
  2. Investigating issues and finding timely solutions
  3. Detailing all cases in our case management application (Service Now)
  4. Transferring complex transactions to Specialist Teams
  5. Discussing employee service issues with manager and advisors

Skills

Required

  • Fluent/C1 level of Dutch and English
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Interest in HR or payroll or procurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
