This role is an Employee Experience Specialist in HR, supporting employees with HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes across multiple countries. It involves collaborating with specialist teams, investigating issues, and detailing cases in a case management application. Fluency in German and English is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working on HR-related inquiries from J&J employees via web form, chat, and phone (limited number of calls), clarifying the need, answering the questions, and assisting in the resolution of problems
  2. Investigating issues and finding timely solutions
  3. Detailing all cases in our case management application (Service Now)
  4. Transferring complex transactions to Specialist Teams
  5. Discussing employee service issues with manager and advisors
