  1. Oversee our employee base across Latin America and key eastern U.S. markets — supporting the LATAM Employee Impact Council across 4 countries and 7 U.S. Employee Impact Councils.
  2. Increasing programmatic impact, engaging employees at scale, and building sustainable systems to support a diverse market.
  3. Design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes with ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
  4. Drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
  5. Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior level
