What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into sensitive employee relations issues, including EEO concerns, and make objective recommendations based on findings. This includes: conducting investigatory interviews, collecting/reviewing relevant evidence, writing investigation reports, and delivering debriefs with relevant stakeholders
  2. Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
  3. Formally respond to sensitive concerns and allegations as required by internal processes and/or external agencies
  4. Thoroughly document investigative efforts internally using a case management system
  5. Foster effective relationships with HR teams, business leaders, and Employment Legal
