The Employee Service Specialist II role at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for managing employee benefits and services in compliance with union agreements, and for organizing and implementing internal and external employee and business-related events and activities. This includes social, cultural, sports, and recognition events, as well as managing employee transportation services. The role involves developing event plans, managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops complex event plans based on customers’ requirements (social, cultural, sports, recognition, community, etc.)
  2. Prepares and maintains project plans with timelines and accountability assignments.
  3. Keeps relevant parties apprised of updates.
  4. Selects and schedules speakers and entertainment as appropriate.
  5. Examines event locations to ensure all materials and equipment were received and set up properly, collects, verifies, and processes event invoices.
