DoorDash is seeking an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead to own and execute their employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy, with a focus on tech hiring and international expansion. This role involves building regional strategies, launching campaigns, advising on talent positioning (including AI/ML), and creating compelling content. The candidate will leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and performance and will partner cross-functionally with various teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and scale DoorDash’s tech employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy
  2. Help shape and grow our employer brand presence in India and Brazil
  3. Influence how we tell our AI/ML and innovation story
  4. Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Brand, Comms, DEI, and regional leaders
  5. Develop, launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns

Skills

Required

  • 6–8+ years of employer brand or recruitment marketing experience
  • Supported technical hiring (engineering, product, AI/ML)
  • Worked across international markets (India required; Brazil strongly preferred)
  • Strategic and execution-oriented
  • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders
  • Actively use AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and output
