This role is for an Enablement Manager at monday.com, focusing on the monday CRM product. The primary responsibility is to ensure sales readiness and drive measurable behavior change for CRM sellers in North America. While the role involves building AI-powered workflows for enablement, the core function is sales enablement and product adoption, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the CRM seller onboarding program in NAM. Partner with EMEA Enablement to maintain a globally consistent onboarding experience
  2. Identify and prioritize seller performance gaps. Design targeted programs to address them (e.g. workshops, objection handling, discovery training)
  3. Partner with frontline managers to reinforce coaching habits and inspect play adoption, and use Gong as the primary inspection layer
  4. Surface and scale best practices from top performers into field-wide playbooks and coaching guides
  5. Ensure NAM sellers are ready for every product launch. Collaborate with the GTM Managers on the release-to-field process
