This role is for an Enablement Program Manager focused on sales enablement for SDR teams in the APJ region, specifically for Okta's identity solutions that support AI adoption. The role involves designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs, managing projects, facilitating sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance seller skills in prospecting, qualification, and sales methodologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver a best-in-class onboarding program for all new SDR hires in APJ.
  2. Build and run enablement programs focused on enhancing the skills of our SDR teams. This includes training on outbound prospecting, cold calling, qualification, and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and the Command of Message.
  3. Proactively manage multiple enablement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
  4. Lead engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for groups of varying sizes and seniority levels.
  5. Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including SDR leaders, Sales Enablement, and Field Marketing, to identify enablement needs and secure buy-in for new programs.

  • Exceptional group facilitation and public speaking skills, with the ability to lead engaging training sessions.
  • A strong understanding and practical application of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • You must be comfortable working with all levels of seniority and proactively managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A highly motivated, self-starter attitude with a knack for problem-solving and working independently.
  • Experience working at a high-growth SaaS company is highly preferred.
