This role is for an Enablement Specialist on the Revenue Enablement team at Augury, a company focused on Industrial AI for manufacturers. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain training content and eLearning modules in Seismic Learning
  2. Upload, tag, and organize Sales and Customer Success content within Seismic Content
  3. Build, test, and maintain sales sequences in Outreach
  4. Create and update process documentation, playbooks, and training guides
  5. Support onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success teams

Skills

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, learning & development, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver training content or instructional materials
  • Hands-on experience with enablement or sales tools such as Seismic, Outreach, Salesforce, Gong, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently from a brief with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free remote work environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working with US-based teams in a remote, async-first environment
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or learning frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
  • Experience building or managing Outreach sequences
  • Background supporting B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Exposure to SPICED, MEDDIC, or other structured sales methodologies
