This role is not AI-related as it focuses on sales enablement and training, not on building or shipping AI models or systems. The core responsibilities involve developing and delivering learning experiences for sales development teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales skills, and tool usage. While the company uses AI in its products, this role's function is not directly involved in the AI development lifecycle.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in developing and delivering training programs for Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs, PDRs), focusing on foundational product knowledge, core sales skills, and effective use of sales tools
  2. Support the creation and improvement of learning materials, presentations, and training modules under guidance from senior team members
  3. Deliver onboarding programs for Sales Development new hires, ensuring they receive consistent foundational training
  4. Deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting to different learning environments with guidance
  5. Support the evaluation of training effectiveness by collecting and analyzing performance data to inform continuous improvement efforts
