End User Support Engineer

This role supports an AI-powered visualization platform for medical imaging. The End User Support Engineer will analyze and troubleshoot production environments, apply existing fixes, report new issues, and maintain AI documentation. A key responsibility is developing and refining AI prompts and maintaining GenAI solutions. The role requires a STEM degree, experience in a multinational environment, software engineering background, understanding of GenAI fundamentals and prompt engineering, Linux proficiency, and familiarity with DevOps. Nice-to-haves include experience with advanced AI/ML tools, agentic workflows, and medical imaging.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and continuously refine AI prompts used by Support Engineers.
  2. Maintain and evolve GenAI solutions owned by the team.
  3. Collaborate with Support Engineers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Software Developers to analyze and troubleshoot production environments globally.
  4. Apply fixes based on existing documentation.
  5. Improve product quality by reporting new issues and by partnering with Engineering teams to design more reliable system components.
