This role is a MedTech Sales position focused on Clinical Sales for Hospital/Hospital Systems. The specialist will be responsible for achieving sales metrics, developing new accounts, coordinating product demonstrations, understanding product information, analyzing market trends to drive sales strategies, and managing the commercial lifecycle for advanced energy generator projects. The role involves customer visits, presentations, contract management, sales forecasting, and building customer relationships. It is eligible for sales incentive and commissions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Helps ensure the completion of tasks for the support function of the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems unit to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  2. Assists in the coordination of product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events, conferences, and outside symposiums.
  3. Remains aware of product information, best practices and technical troubleshooting in order to best assist with customer needs and to help them suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
  4. Compiles and reviews consumer analytics and market trends to assist in developing data-driven strategies to grow sales and improve customer retention.
  5. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Knowledge of assigned therapeutic area
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
