Legora is redefining how legal work gets done with an AI-native workspace that helps legal professionals move faster and operate with sharper precision. This role supports Engagement Managers in building client relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring clients find value in the platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support our Engagement Managers in building strong relationships and driving adoption and engagement with our clients.
  2. Support senior Engagement Managers on enterprise clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  3. Help diagnose client challenges, uncover root causes, and contribute to structured solutions and engagement playbooks.
  4. Support Engagement Managers in running regular check-ins, product enablement sessions, and success reviews with our clients
  5. Monitor usage trends and customer health signals, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
