This role supports the Strategic Accounts Engagement Director and Manager to ensure major law firm and FS clients receive high client service and find value in Legora's AI-native workspace. Responsibilities include monitoring usage trends, managing client feedback, analyzing complex data, and developing client presentations and training materials. The role requires strong organizational skills, client relationship management, and comfort with new systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be primarily responsible for monitoring usage trends and customer health signals, raising risks and opportunities proactively to the Engagement Manager.
  2. Ensure client feedback is channelled internally to the correct internal stakeholders (Customer Enablement, Product, Marketing) and the client is kept informed of progress via the Engagement Manager.
  3. Keep abreast of client feature requests and how these are progressing on the Legora development roadmap whilst ensuring proactive management of client communications.
  4. Be responsible for developing high-quality content and participating in key strategic client presentations (e.g., QBRs, engagement meetings, product roadmap discussions), communications and training materials.
  5. Analyse complex law firm data and translate it into meaningful updates within presentations.
