This role is an Engagement Manager for Workday's AI Practice, focusing on deploying Workday's AI capabilities to enterprise customers in EMEA. The primary responsibility is to ensure customers realize value from Workday's AI products post-go-live, acting as an AI technology expert and guiding customers through AI transformations. The role involves end-to-end customer engagement, managing implementations, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with product and sales teams. It is a customer-facing role focused on the successful adoption and value realization of AI products in production environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. End-to-end responsibility for several customers, starting with product deployment and throughout the lifecycle of the partnership: You ensure that Workday’s enterprise customers get the most value out of the Workday’s AI products
  2. Act as the AI specialist: You are guiding and enabling your customers through a AI transformation. This includes activities such as:
  3. Understanding your customers’ business model and how to deliver value with a horizontal AI platform
  4. Project lead one or more implementations concurrently
  5. Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal/SOW

Skills

Required

  • Demonstrable experience of leading Medium and/or Large Enterprise implementations or transformation initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in either enterprise application implementation (Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Cornerstone, or similar) or top-tier strategy consulting (MBB, Tier 2), venture capital, or a commercial/strategy/ops role in a startup or scale-up.

  • Educating end users on Workday AI
  • Identifying, prioritizing and deploying AI use cases
  • Implementing change management best practices
  • Working closely with your customers’ C-level Executives on their AI strategy & transformation
