Engagement Manager

Legora Legora · Vertical AI · San Francisco, CA · Growth

This role is for an Engagement Manager at Legora, an AI-native legal tech company. The primary focus is on post-sale customer relationship management, driving product adoption, and identifying commercial opportunities. While the company heavily utilizes AI and the role involves working with AI-powered products, the core responsibilities are in customer success and account management, not in building or directly developing AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the face of Legora for a portfolio of law firms and/or in-house legal teams post-sale, owning relationships from onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  2. Lead complex rollouts in close partnership with Legal Engineers, establishing a strong foundation for long-term adoption and measurable customer outcomes from day one.
  3. Drive sustained product adoption through structured enablement programs, tailored success plans, regular engagement, and proactive usage optimization.
  4. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to legal and operational leaders, aligning Legora to client goals, uncovering new use cases, and helping teams re-imagine how legal work gets done.
  5. Identify commercial opportunities, partnering cross-functionally to close renewals and expansion.
