Engagement Manager - Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Tokyo, Japan

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Manager for their Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud products. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of complex, enterprise-level CRM solutions for customers, ensuring high quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and strong business outcomes. The role involves leading delivery teams using Agile methodologies, facilitating stakeholder meetings, managing dependencies, and mitigating project risks. While the company emphasizes AI and AI agents, this specific role focuses on project management and solution delivery within the CRM context, not on building or researching AI models.

  1. Manage the full project lifecycle by achieving alignment on project scope, delivery planning, and execution, and ensuring the project aligns with business goals.
  2. Drive delivery teams using Agile methodologies, leveraging demonstrated analytical and technical skills.
  3. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure key decisions are made, obstacles are removed, and critical project issues are addressed promptly.
  4. Develop strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders (internal and external) to maintain focus on delivery goals and act as a trusted project advisor.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teammates (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, TechOps, Release Engineering, etc.) to resolve tactical release issues and manage dependencies.
