  4. Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes
  5. Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years leading and managing enterprise transformation program with consulting background
  • 3+ years’ experience in leading hybrid of multiple Agile and non-Agile teams concurrently and/or at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • AWS experience preferred
  • Experience using and adopting scaled agile framework (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
  • Experience engaging C-level executive
