This role is for an Engagement Manager in Adobe's Digital Strategy Group, focusing on advising C-level leadership at tech companies on customer experience, AI-assisted content creation, and data-driven marketing. The role involves leading strategy consulting projects, developing insights, and delivering recommendations to drive demand and demonstrate the value of Adobe's technology and AI roadmap.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead strategy consulting projects for leading Tech brands like device manufacturers and enterprise software companies.
  2. Work directly with Adobe’s sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive demand through strategy engagements.
  3. Conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations.
  4. Help customers (from CXOs to practitioners) realize the return on investment of their prospective Adobe partnership by developing and communicating a roadmap to value.
  5. Become a trusted advisor to clients and an inspiring leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in your industry.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in leading consulting engagements with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Expertise in crafting digital experience, marketing, or go-to-market strategies in the Tech Hardware, Software and Hyperscalers sectors
  • Knowledge of MarTech ecosystem and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Executive presence and client communication skills
  • Outstanding structured problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity

Nice to have

  • Experience acquired at a prominent technology company, consulting firm, or marketing division is advantageous
