Electrical Engineer (Level 1/2) for Power Subsystems in spacecraft development. Responsibilities include architecting, manufacturing, testing, and mission control operations of power systems. Requires a Bachelor's degree and an active SCI clearance. Experience with Li-ion batteries, solar arrays, and power regulation is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for technical, cost and schedule performance of the space vehicle electrical power subsystem
  2. Applies electrical engineering principles to adapt or improve upon heritage features from previous successful designs
  3. Prepares and presents analysis material for design reviews & major customer meetings
  4. Analyze and architect spacecraft power avionics, batteries, and solar arrays by utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles
  5. Provide subcontractor technical and project management oversight to ensure delivery needs of the spacecraft

  • Bachelor's degree
  • active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance
