What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and implement improvements and corrective actions across products and processes.
  2. Analyze test failures and failure data to identify trends; create failure analysis materials such as charts, quad charts, and customer presentations.
  3. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
  4. Analyze metrics (e.g., yields, touch time/test time) to identify continuous improvement opportunities; optimize processes to reduce cost and increase throughput.
  5. Perform hands-on troubleshooting of lasers, turrets/transmitters, ultraviolet sensors, infrared sensors, system processors, and associated test equipment and systems.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology or a related STEM field
  • minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with data analysis and root cause/corrective action
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
