What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment
  2. Troubleshoot and support RF and digital hardware
  3. Support First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY) and hardware deliveries
  4. Analyze test data and identify early trends
  5. Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
  • Experience reading and interpreting specifications, schematics and block diagrams
  • Experience with RF test equipment such as an oscilloscope, power meter, spectrum analyzer, and signal generators
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical/electro-mechanical hardware experience
  • Experience working both independently and as part of an integrated product team

Nice to have

  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with specialization in RF
  • Experience of C, C++, LabVIEW or other scripting languages
  • Experience with FPGAs, VHDL programming, advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance
