Electrical Engineer II role focused on the integration and testing of RF/Analog/Digital components and modules, and Special Test Equipment (STE) within a manufacturing environment. Requires experience with standard EE lab/production equipment and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Integration and testing of RF/Analog/Digital components and modules.
  2. Transition and integration of Special Test Equipment (STE).
  3. Working as part of a team to analyze Hardware and Software Test requirements and specifications to determine Hardware and Software requirements.
  4. Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity & efficiency enhancements.
  5. Interact with Test Technicians, Factory Facilitators, Operations Managers, other Engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel.

Skills

Required

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience and able to work with, troubleshoot complex Subsystems
  • Experience working in a lab or manufacturing environment with standard EE lab/production equipment (i.e., Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, DMMs, Signal Sources, etc.)
  • Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • The ability to work with production equipment at a hands-on capacity.
  • Ability to apply basic principles, theories, and concepts within the electrical engineering fields and general knowledge of other related disciplines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to multi-task.
  • Team-oriented individual able to perform multidiscipline activities.
