  1. Review, track, and modify test station design documents as necessary.
  2. Generate and track Bill of Materials (BOMs), schedule, and execution of test station development
  3. Coordinate with a multi-discipline team (supply chain, operations, QA, etc.) to ensure a quality product is built and remains on schedule and within budget
  4. Develop and perform Acceptance Test Procedures for test stations.
  5. Develop, integrate and document Laboratory systems,

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline AND 2 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 0 years of related professional/military experience
  • Ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time
  • knowledge of NX Design tool or other Mechanical design tools
  • understanding of test engineering concepts

Nice to have

  • MS in Mechanical/Systems/STEM Engineering
  • Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (or higher)
  • Experience with test equipment, such as, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, power supplies, etc
  • Experience with test station design and development
  • Experience with creating and maintaining BOMs (Bill of Materials)
  • Experience developing and executing ATPs (Acceptance Test Procedures)
  • Experience as Mechanical Designer
  • Manufacturing/liaison support experience is also desired to support build and installation of assemblies as well as testing of aircraft systems.
