This role is for a Systems Test Engineer or Principal Systems Test Engineer at Northrop Grumman, focusing on developing and executing test plans, procedures, and schedules for System Level (SYSIII) testing. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and publish Integrated Test Plans and detailed test schedules and procedures for SYSIII testing.
  2. Provide laboratory support for integration testing activities.
  3. Organize and lead test planning working groups.
  4. Collaborate with design and analysis teams to define test configurations and data requirements.
  5. Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure the completeness of the test program.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors of Science in STEM
  • 2 years of relevant experience (Systems Test Engineer)
  • 5 years of relevant experience (Principal Systems Test Engineer)
  • Active U.S Government Secret Clearance
  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Capability to work with minimal supervision
  • Develop effective approaches to problem-solving
  • Able to support on extended work hours, weekend shift rotation, and second shift
  • Experience working with requirements
