This role manages a team of engineering analysts focused on building AI systems for account and device integrity, threat detection, and automation. The primary focus is on developing and deploying AI agents and foundational models to automate operational tasks and improve security defenses. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow a team of engineering analysts in Zurich and Bangalore. Build strong relationships with the rest of the T&S ADI leads and cross-functional partner.
  2. Focus on developing reliable and impactful AI systems for detection, analysis, threat intelligence and process automation.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally, with experience influencing executive stakeholders through regular communication.
  4. Transform, automate and scale up our team processes by developing AI Agents.
  5. Automate a large fraction of our operational workload, like alert generation and incident analysis, using techniques derived from ML, LLMs, operations research.
