Manage the operations and maintenance of a supply chain facility, focusing on equipment reliability, team leadership, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading maintenance technicians, overseeing equipment health, managing contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and driving data-driven problem-solving to optimize facility performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. fostering a reliability-centered maintenance culture within your team that ensures high equipment availability and success for the operation of the supply chain facility.
  2. provide strong leadership to your Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software Technicians, and will cultivate a sense of urgency and quality focus.
  3. deliver solutions for challenging problems, work with building leaders to optimize use of material handling equipment, manage external contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet tough timelines.
  4. develop a continuous improvement ethic in your team by following a daily process that is data driven and focused on root cause elimination.
  5. improve the reliability of the system through ownership in defect handling, breakdown elimination and planning and scheduling.
