Boeing is offering a two-year rotational graduate program in the UK for engineering students, starting in 2026. The program includes four six-month placements across various engineering disciplines such as Technical/Testing Services, Experimentation and Analysis, Training Engineering, Structures and Build, Systems Engineering, Mission Systems, Service Engineering, Support Engineering, Mission Assurance, Quality Engineering, and Industrial Engineering. Graduates will gain hands-on experience with live projects, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. undertake four six-month placements across a number of key disciplines, in different UK locations.
  2. gain exposure to a state-of-the art modelling, simulation and analysis facility.
  3. supports innovative training solutions to ensure that customers are correctly trained to operate and maintain a range of Boeing aircraft.
  4. provide safe and reliable solutions that maximize value for our customers in an agile and responsive manner.
  5. collaborates across the full breadth of the engineering functions within BDUK to develop products through their lifecycle.

Skills

Required

  • Right to work in UK
  • Studying a degree course or have graduated a degree course within last 2 years

Nice to have

  • Qualified to degree level in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical engineering or similar technical degree
  • Confidence or willingness to present and host meetings
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and concepts with stakeholders of all levels.
  • To have forward thinking mind-set and self-motivated
  • Effective communication skills
