Engineering Lead for Device Assembly and Packaging within the Global Engineering & Technology (GET) team at Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The role involves leading a team of project engineers and qualification professionals, managing CAPEX portfolios, driving engineering standards, and supporting business case development for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing talent through coaching and mentoring
  2. Provides leadership and direction for engineering and qualification resources and activities within the manufacturing site. In this function, you will lead a team of project engineers and qualification professionals.
  3. Coordinate Project CAPEX portfolio, multiyear asset lifecycle plan within the DAP area.
  4. Drive Engineering, Automation and Qualification standards at site implementation
  5. Supporting development of business cases and strategic product sourcing cases, to ensure that the right projects are done to achieve business objectives.

Skills
