Engineering leader for the ChatNow program, responsible for managing development and support teams, implementing AI Service Desk strategy, and driving engineering excellence in a healthcare setting. Requires strong leadership, GenAI concepts knowledge, and experience with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead multiple teams with multiple first line leaders focused on the ongoing development and operational support of the ChatNow program
  2. Provide technical direction and anchor the team towards success.
  3. Work directly with business stakeholders and ChatNow Technology Integrators to align on priority and value for proposed work across the ChatNow workstreams
  4. Oversee capacity and resourcing for the ChatNow development and support teams
  5. Manage the ChatNow Hyderabad budget with a focus on spend optimization across multiple vendor contracts, annual budget planning, and monthly forecast

Skills

Required

  • A bachelor's degree in an IT subject area (computer science, information systems, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT development and operations
  • Strong Knowledge and working experience in GenAI concepts and developing solutions using the concepts
  • Proven leadership experience managing or working on global/diverse teams
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, service operations, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, influence, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
