With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

In this role, you will work on features that unlock massive enterprise data center exits, fundamentally changing how large-scale clients approach cloud adoption. Responsibilities
- Shape the product goal and technical roadmap for Sole Tenancy.
- Guide a talented engineering team in Warsaw through high-stakes transitions. Foster a high-performance culture that balances feature velocity with rock-solid reliability.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and SRE teams to bridge the gap between complex hyperscale infrastructure and customer-centric business value.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Provide technical and career mentorship to a team of engineers, ensuring they are growing while we build the future of host-based cloud computing.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing, analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in recruiting, interview, and onboarding new engineering talent.
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
