Klaviyo Klaviyo · Enterprise · Boston, MA · Engineering

Engineering Manager for Klaviyo's Flows Insights & Management team, leading fullstack engineers to build and evolve customer-facing automation features, reporting, and personalization. 2. Set technical direction for multi-channel Flows (e.g., email, SMS, push), including intelligent personalization and future channel expansion
  3. Own end-to-end execution: scope initiatives, break down work, align dependencies, and deliver high-quality releases on predictable timelines
  4. Drive architectural decisions that prioritize scalability, reliability, and maintainability across services, data models, and shared component systems
  5. Partner closely with Product and Design to translate vision into intuitive, performant user experiences
