  3. Lead and delegate the design, development, and productionization of end-to-end solutions for large-scale distributed systems.
  4. Hire, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent while fostering a culture centered on teamwork, technical excellence, smart risk taking, and inclusivity.
  5. Collaborate closely with Product, TPM, Science, Operations, Design, and other partners to ensure correctness and timely delivery of the desired requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical background
  • 12+ years in the industry
