  3. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate deeply with stakeholders across Product, Design, Data Science, Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing to align on strategy and execution.
  4. Team Growth & Mentorship: Actively develop the engineers on your team, providing the coaching and opportunities they need to advance in their careers.
  5. Strategic Recruiting: Partner with Stripe’s recruiting team to identify and hire world-class engineering talent to scale the organization.
