Engineering Manager for Netflix's Mobile Delivery and Release Readiness teams, focusing on scaling game release systems.   2. Drive a quality-first engineering culture across the release lifecycle, owning the automated systems that turn game submissions into clear, actionable readiness signals for developers, QA, and release teams.
  3. Foster an inclusive, high-performing environment where every member feels accepted and respected, and can do the best work of their life.
  4. Understand the problem space, and drive innovation to make Netflix the best platform to launch games.
  5. Form trusting cross-functional partnerships across Games Engineering, and with Game Studios, to ensure alignment on meeting our goals.

Skills

Required

  • Experience leading software engineering teams, including experience managing teams responsible for infrastructure (for example CI/CD systems, SaaS platforms, QA infrastructure)
  • A product-oriented engineering mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing, psychologically safe teams
  • Comfort operating in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong communication skills across timezones and disciplines

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with mobile app delivery ecosystems - understanding the constraints, policies, and processes of publishing to App Store and Google Play is a plus.
  • Curiosity about applying AI tooling to developer productivity and quality infrastructure when our partners shift into AI-first development.
  • Curiosity about the games industry and what it takes to build tools that empower game developers and cross-functional partners at scale.
