Engineering Manager to lead a new team focused on building Asana's 'Records' product, which aims to enhance data capabilities by allowing users to manage structured data within their work context, evolving the Work Graph to support complex data relationships and create a source of truth for business processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a team of 6-8 talented engineers
  2. Develop team rituals that lead to great outcomes & an inclusive culture for all team members
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, user research and data science on both large new features and daily, small product enhancements
  4. Guide the articulation and execution of the team’s future roadmap and ensure the team’s work ties back into high-level business goals
  5. Coach engineers in their technical and professional development
