The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the team that is developing the next generation safety solutions for AI/ML networking and take them to production.
- Empower the team to innovate and follow improve software using production principles.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Work with the cross-functional team partners to understand their requirements and build the products to meet those requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree, or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical related field.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with distributed systems, networks, or compute technologies.
- Ability to grow in ambiguity.
