The Subscription team sits within the broader Subscriptions Mission, focused on helping users seamlessly access, manage, and get the most value from Spotify Premium. We build the systems and experiences that support acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management for millions of users worldwide.
Vantage is the team behind subscription management across Spotify’s web and mobile platforms. We build and operate the core systems that power how millions of Premium users manage and evolve their subscriptions every day. As part of the Freemium Funnel domain and the newly formed Account Management subdomain, we partner closely with Commerce and adjacent teams to create seamless, scalable, and reliable subscription experiences.

The United States base range for this position is 164,448–234,926 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
