What you'd actually do

  1. Work with Stripe leaders across the company to create and drive toward the vision of simple and consistent Risk & Compliance experience;
  2. Work with Product Managers to shape up the product roadmap and enable the experiences which helps solve user problems and keep them compliant;
  3. Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team, and work with cross functional dependencies across the company to meet the deliverables;
  4. Own the technical roadmap for the team and support the engineering team in achieving a high level of technical excellence and stability
  5. Hire and develop the best of engineers in your team; Be a sponsor-coach for the team to learn and grow;
