Engineering Manager (Platform Engineering) to lead a team building and evolving foundational platform capabilities for scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise systems. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute platform engineering strategy across Enterprise Applications, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and developer productivity
  2. Own cross-platform capabilities such as CI/CD guardrails, DevEx tooling, access automation (e.g., JIT), observability, and system integration patterns
  3. Establish and enforce engineering standards, architectural patterns, and platform controls across systems and team
  4. Lead and grow a team of platform, Salesforce, and full-stack engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and career development
  5. Build a high-performing, autonomous engineering team in India aligned to clear platform and system ownership boundaries
