What you'd actually do

  1. Execution metrics ownership and standardization ensuring data integrity, consistency and traceability
  2. Translate metrics into actionable insights driving corrective actions
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
  4. Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, data validation, scenario analysis) to analyze execution data, identify trends, and prepare leadership-ready insights.
  5. Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using enterprise visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
  • Strong experience with execution metrics, dashboards, and management operating rhythms
  • Comfortable working with data, ambiguity, and multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive action closure and execution discipline without direct authority
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, data validation, scenario analysis)
  • Experience with enterprise visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
