What you'd actually do

  1. Operate and continuously improve the enterprise phishing simulation program, including campaign execution, analysis, and optimization
  2. Drive the development and execution of a roadmap to evolve from phishing-focused efforts to a broader people-centered risk initiative, growing targeted education and efforts to influence actions
  3. Help build and maintain a measurement framework that connects program activities to behavioral outcomes
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally alongside learning development, communications, governance and security teams to deliver effective programs
  5. Work with tooling vendors and platform owners to support program needs and enhancements
