What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and deliver solutions to complex engineering challenges, leading or supporting the design and improvement of advanced systems aligned with product line strategy.
  2. Apply customer and market insights to engineering decisions, including product application, competitive benchmarking, and cost driver analysis.
  3. Maintain and expand technical expertise by staying current on emerging technologies and deepening knowledge across relevant engineering disciplines.
  4. Design and develop new products while contributing to overall product line strategy and long-term roadmap.
  5. Define product architecture and strategy, including program scope, machine configuration, and modularity approaches.

  • Experience with prototyping, system testing, validation, and verification processes to ensure product quality and reliability
