Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Injection Molding Engineering Technician IV in Jacksonville, FL. This role provides technical and process support for production lines, focusing on improvements, quality issues, and managing enhancements. The technician will be an expert in machine and software competencies, develop and perform training, and support engineering projects to improve throughput, cycle time, and yield. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, leading quality initiatives, managing improvement projects, and maintaining knowledge of relevant standards (FDA, OSHA, GMP, ISO). The role also involves creating/updating technical documentation, investigating alternative methods for reliability, assisting in experiment design, and providing technical training to SMEs. A minimum of a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant technical experience in areas like electro-mechanical, PLC, pneumatics, injection molding, and robotics are required.
