What you’ll be doing...
As part of this team, you will play a meaningful role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.
- Operating the best networks and systems through the technical expertise of the team and effective outage prevention/resolution.
- Producing technical documentation for automation and deployment processes.
- Implementing health checks to monitor Network health, reduce outage probability, and risk.
- Engaging vendors, other platform owners and various support teams to resolve issues.
What we’re looking for...
You must be detail-oriented, think critically to solve issues in real-time and focus on maximizing customer uptime and minimizing impact.
You’ll need to have:
- Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems Management, or any STEM-based degree.
- Experience with telecom networking, networks and technologies, equipment designs and configuration procedures, and inventory.
